Empire Cement is one of the newer faces in the Accra market — a plant that opened at Weija Junction in 2023, producing Portland-limestone 42.5R and 32.5R and positioning squarely on price. The trade-off is track record: a brand two or three years old has less of the long field history that gives Ghacem or Diamond their reputation for consistency, so contractors pouring structural work at volume sometimes stay conservative.
